Return & Refund Policy for My Tool Store
At my store, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unsolicited returns (items sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If there’s an issue (e.g., damage, defect, or wrong item), notify us immediately for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products, such as custom-made tools, hazardous materials, or items marked “final sale,” cannot be returned.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
