- 58% Cabernet, 35% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot
The Château Cissac vines are situated on a plateau with
a soil composed of gravel deposits from the Garonne River
from the Gunz-Mindel period. It is located at an altude of
27.5 m, equivalent to the highest points of the neighbouring
appellaons, Saint Estèphe and Pauillac. - This is a stylish classical claret: a smooth texture with rounded tannins
and a well balanced blend of fruit and spice flavours. - The use of both stainless steel and wooden vats has brought
out the best of the winemaking process for each parcel.
Elevage: 16-18 months, 30% new wood.
