There are two different weights per strip which can be used individually. These are 5g and 10g. The weights come pre-cut into easy to use segments with a strong, adhesive foam backing. As the weights have a smooth finish it’s possible to piggyback onto themselves

keep in mind, that as far forward that you can put wieght, the less you will need!
